    Refund/Return Policy

    All refunds/returns/exchanges for custom items are decided on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be thrilled with your purchase & will do what I can to help you be happy.

    Refunds/returns/exchanges for other items can be arranged by emailing [email protected].

    Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaints. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. The buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the shipping (stated or implied) will be deducted from your refund.

    Design Issues

    If you have any other complaints regarding the design of a product, please send a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the discretion of Loni Lange Designs, in the likely event that the design/item differs substantially from the design/item ordered that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.

     

    Sizing Issues

    When placing orders for clothing, please verify the size needed to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

    To reduce the risk of sizing issues, we have provided accurate sizing charts on each of our clothing product specifications pages for your references.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received a refund in a timely manner: first check your bank account again. Next, contact your bank and/or credit card company, it makes take some time before your refund is officially posted. Once you have confirmed the refund has not been processed, please contact us at [email protected]

    Exchanges

    Items will only be replaced if defective or damaged. Please inspect your items and contact us within 3 days after receiving them. You may contact us at [email protected] with details and photos regarding the issue.

    An exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but you can expect to approximately the same delivery time as for your original order.

     

    Used Items and Term Limits

    Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds are exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by customers within 7 days are eligible for exchanges.  All items will be inspected to ensure it has not been used before a refund or exchange can be processed. Refund or exchange is at the discretion of Loni Lange Designs.  Once 7 days have been elapsed from the receipt of goods refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

     

    Shipping

    I enjoy being able to create a unique, personal item for customers. If you are looking to buy a custom made item, please contact me at [email protected] and we can chat about the item you’re you are interested in ordering.

    Please note, when I make a custom item it may take some time (one to two weeks) to find the best materials and to make your item perfect. Please allow extra time on the production and delivery of custom orders.

    All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with destination tracking. The delivery time estimate is as follows:

    US: 2-7 business days

    International: 2-4 weeks

     

    Please allow up to 2-7 days depending on the item for production time.

     US orders: If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days since the order was processed and shipped, the customer may request a refund or have the order to be reshipped free of charge.  All orders are accompanied by a tracking number. If the tracking number is shown item delivered a reshipment or refund will not be granted.

    International orders: If an order has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was processed and shipped, the customer may request a refund or have the order to be reshipped free of charge.  All orders are accompanied by a tracking number. If the tracking number is shown item delivered a reshipment or refund will not be granted.

    The “45/60” refund policy may be nullified or extended due to random events such as adverse weather conditions, political unrest, or post worker labor disputes that may impact various delivery locations.

    Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we will do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we will do our best to resolve the situation.

    Loni Lange Designs will not refund nor assume liability for orders returned due to incorrect address information provided by customers or missed delivery attempts by couriers.

    Order Modification Policy

    Change and cancellation requests are only allowed within 12 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 12 hours have elapsed and production begins, no order modifications are allowed. No refund once production begins. You can make an order modification or cancellation request by sending an email to [email protected]

    If you need to change an order within 12-hours allowable time frame, we will be able to assist with the following issues:

    • Removing items from an order
    • Change of shipping address
    • Change of email address
    • Add item to order it time

    Use of the Website

    By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to the website owner that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

    Trademarks

    The trademarks, names, logos, and service marks (collectively “trademarks”) displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

    Applicable laws

    Use of this website shall in all respects be governed by the laws of the state of Louisiana, U.S., regardless of the laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law. The parties agree that the Louisiana courts located in New Orleans Parish shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement and agree that venue is proper in those courts.
